Voduz has created a dry shampoo that is essential for everyone’s hair! It disguises greasy roots, gives incredible texture and allows you to rock second-day hairstyles. An added eco bonus? It means you’re able to wash your hair less often, which equals less time spent in the shower- Which Voduz is all about!
Dry shampoo is a great way of mopping up oil, but even on fresh hair, it gives volume to the roots. Voduz Prep Talk aerosol is a hybrid buy, ensuring texture, zero oil, and leaves your hair smelling great; the answer to your hair styling needs.
How to use
DON’T spray too close
The best practice is to spray from a fair distance away, we recommend 10cm away. Too close will leave behind chalky marks. Then leave for a minute or two to allow the dry shampoo to soak up excess oil, before bed. This is to ensure all excess moisture during the night will be soaked up, ready for styling in the morning.
DO blast it with our ‘Blow Out’ hairdryer
Trust us, this will up your hair game!
Follow-up your application with a blast of our Infrared hairdryer on a cool heat. This will help distribute the product away from the scalp and a little into the mid-lengths. This helps with volume and removing any visible residue.
DON’T only spray the top of your hair
A common mistake people make is to only spray their dry shampoo on the visible part of their roots or even just along the parting of the hair.
But to get most out this product, you should section the hair once or twice ( more if you’re blessed with thick locks) and spritz the roots in-between each section. This will give you more volume and do a better job at mimicking an all-over hair wash, rather than only absorbing oil from the top layer of your hair.
DO brush it through
Spray it and leave it? You’re asking for residue.
If you are using dry shampoo for oily roots rescue, brush it through your hair to remove the excess product.
However, if you’re after texture and volume, leave it as it can be a great foundation for a root lift.
