Standard Returns Policy

All orders from are subject to a 21-day returns policy. After returning your product, we aim to have a refund or replacement sent out to you within a 21-day period.

Return Address

Securely package your return and send to the address included on the downloadable form below.

We recommend that you use a registered and insured delivery service as we do not accept responsibility for lost or damaged returns. By doing so, this will allow you to track your return as we will not be able to facilitate a refund for any returns lost or damaged.

Unfortunately, we are not able to cover the cost of postage for any returns.

Receiving a Refund

Once returned item is received, we aim to process a refund or exchange within 21 days from receipt of goods. Goods are subject to inspection before a refund or exchange is processed.

No right of cancellation, refund or return exists under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 once you have used your product, unless the product is defective and you are returning it for this reason.

Under the Sale of Goods Act 1979, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement or repair where goods are found to be faulty or not as described. If you believe any of these to be the case please email [email protected]within 30 days of receiving your goods.
