Location: Lisburn HQ, Northern Ireland | Full-Time, Permanent

Voduz is an award-winning, viral Irish haircare brand that’s made waves across TikTok and beyond. We’re growing fast – and we’re looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing Assistant to join our team.

About the Role

As Social Media Marketing Assistant, you’ll work closely with our Marketing Manager and wider Marketing Team to help shape and grow our online presence across multiple platforms. The role offers plenty of variety – from content creation and customer engagement, to events, admin support, and beyond.

We’re looking for someone proactive, organised, and confident in navigating the ever-evolving world of social. If you have a strong creative eye, an understanding of what makes content connect, and a genuine interest in the beauty space – we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Marketing Manager and team in planning and executing engaging social media strategies
  • Assist in creating, editing, and publishing content across all Voduz social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and more)
  • Help manage the day-to-day running of all social media channels
  • Engage with our online community – respond to comments, messages, and reviews
  • Support the wider marketing team with admin tasks, reports, and campaign coordination
  • Assist in preparing for events – from logistics and stock to promotional materials and on-the-day support
  • Draft copy for social media posts, promotional content, newsletters, and press releases
  • Update the website and assist with basic SEO tasks
  • Maintain spreadsheets, track data and assist with reporting
  • Collaborate on design briefs or create simple graphics where needed

About You

  • Naturally creative and always up to date with the latest social trends
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident communicator and team player with a proactive approach
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong working knowledge of social media platforms, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and WordPress
  • An interest in the beauty or haircare industry is a bonus
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but recent graduates are welcome to apply

  • Full-time, permanent position
  • Based at our headquarters in Lisburn, Northern Ireland
  • Salary dependent on experience (discussed at interview)
