Voduz hair is an exciting innovative Irish haircare brand. We design and outsource the production of a full range of hair care needs for both the professional and consumer market. Our vast portfolio ranges from full homecare/wet-line products through to electrical styling tools.
Job Overview:
The role of a Voduz Field Sales Account Manager is to have full responsibility for all sales in their designated area. Due to phenomenal growth in the hair care industry we are currently hiring for one position in each of the below provinces in Ireland (Ulster, Munster and Connacht). We want you to excite your customers and encourage them to not only use and stock our brand but to collaborate with us on our journey of growth. Fostering already established relationships with our existing customer base alongside researching and identifying new business opportunities in all areas, trends, platforms to include both online and bricks and mortar sites. The main aim is to increase our market share and sales within the hair industry, supporting all stockists. The key is to understand each customer’s business needs and develop a business support strategy with each of them through education, social media, merchandising and our overall Voduz expertise.
  • Identifying key opportunities within your defined territory with targeted prospecting both online and offline.
  • Accountable for achieving and exceeding set targets and defined KPIs within your area.
  • Support existing customers through the implementation of key promotional and marketing activity to generate sales growth and brand awareness.
  • Create a profitable sales pipeline.
  • Create an effective and efficient journey plan to facilitate maximum productivity.
  • Able to forecast and analyse areas of business growth and opportunities in your area.
  • Develop & nurture strong lasting relationships, providing excellent customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Support & implement social media strategies with customers in line with Voduz marketing campaigns and encouraging customers to create their own content on their platforms.
  • Ensure the Voduz brand presence in businesses are premium and in tandem with all our exciting NPD launches.
  • Showcase the Voduz brand to customers offering trial and demo where appropriate, sharing product knowledge.
  • Understand the needs of each of your customers and support them with a full Voduz business plan to enable growth.
  • Support customers both online and offline in brand experience events in line with our NPD launches or at key retail periods i.e. Christmas.
  • Identify opportunities to up-sell and link-sell to develop the area as a whole.
  • Work closely with logistics /credit control /marketing teams to coordinate support needed for each customer.
  • Process all required reports in an accurate and timely manner.
Skills and attributes required for the role:
  • Proven account management or other relevant experience in the Hair Care/Beauty Industry /Retail pharmacy sector.
  • B2B Field sales experience is an essential criteria.
  • Experience in creating and delivering solutions based on customer needs.
  • Driven and results orientated with a passion for success.
  • Extensive understanding of Social Media platforms and how to utilise/maximise for commercial benefit.
  • Computer literate with good knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel and ability to create bespoke PowerPoint Presentations for individual customers.
  • Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to drive and influence both customers and colleagues alike.
  • Ability to engage, create and deliver presentations tailored to the customer’s needs.
  • A high level of verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to work under pressure within deadlines with excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Adaptable to change, with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to promote best practice
  • Desire to continuously learn and develop.
  • Enthusiastic ,hands-on style, with a can-do attitude.
  • Demonstrates passion for the Voduz brand and products.
  • Ideally based in the defined territory.
  • Full UK/ROI driving licence depending on area.
  • Work Remotely covering the whole province.
